Welcome to the 8th Annual London Metropolitan University Student Business Plan Competition, which offers a lucrative £5000 top prize to the best idea of 2010/11. The competition is open to all students from London Met and entrants are provided with a programme of support and training from industry experts. The process will develop your business skills, extend your entrepreneurial knowledge, whilst helping you to create a commercially viable business plan.
The Business Plan Competition entails a two step process. Firstly you have to enter a business concept and then six finalists will be chosen to write a full business plan and are then given the opportunity to pitch their business idea to a panel of entrepreneurs.

Previous WinnerFirst prize of the 2009/10 London Metropolitan University Student Business Plan Competition was awarded to Leonardo Acero and Silvia Calo for 24 Hours in London, a unique souvenir guidebook. The business is now up and running and is destined for future success. Their prize was £2500 cash and £2500 of support from Accelerator. The remaining five entrants were awarded cash prizes.
