Welcome to the 7th Annual London Metropolitan University Student Business Plan Competition, which offers a lucrative £5000 top prize to the best idea of 2009/10. The competition is open to all students from London Met and entrants are provided with a programme of support and training from industry experts. The process will develop your business skills, extend your entrepreneurial knowledge, whilst helping you to create a commercially viable business plan.
The Business Plan Competition entails a two step process. Firstly you have to enter a business concept and then six finalists will be chosen to write a full business plan and are then given the opportunity to pitch their business idea to a panel of entrepreneurs.

Previous WinnerFirst prize of the 2008/09 London Metropolitan University Student Business Plan Competition was awarded to Jessica Elliott for 'Dancing After School', a unique dance business, providing dance workshops and clubs, within primary education establishments. The business is now up and running and is destined for future success. Her prize was £2500 cash and £2500 of support from Accelerator. The remaining five entrants were awarded cash prizes.
