The Brief
The project is collaboration between EMK and
Ignite Marketing (a fully-integrated support agency exclusively for Hospitality Businesses) and it seeks to examine the influence on hospitality consumer perceptions & behaviour over 4 key areas:
- Sustainability
- Technology
- Brand Power
- Sales Promotions
The core objective of the project is to provide insights and information of how consumers’ perceptions and behaviour are influenced by each of the 4 key areas. The results from all these areas will influence the consultancy advice offered by Ignite Marketing, since it will be more informed about consumer perceptions, and in turn will direct their clients towards building competitive advantages. The findings will also be published in key industry journals and trade publications.
