Born in Argentina, studied in Argentina, US, Japan and the UK; worked in the public, private and academic sectors of Argentina, Japan, US and the UK; and participates in the UN’s WSIS follow-up process, UN IGF and WIPO meetings.

• Assisting with the establishment of investment funds targeted to Latin America  
• Advised the London Port Health Authority on the enforcement of non implemented EU Food Legislation in the UK
• Designed and delivered E-Business workshops for the International School of Management in Paris
• Designed and delivered workshops and seminars on Latin American policy and regulation, and on Electronic Commerce International Law for the Sasaki International Academy in Nagoya, Japan
