Bio
I am a Barrovian, now living in Hampshire, married with two adult daughters. I spend my free time supporting various charities and working in our garden
Experience
Began current role 2005. Previously an International Manager with Standard Chartered Bank, completing assignments in Europe, the Middle East, South and South-East Asia, in a variety of roles in retail, commercial and transactions banking and in country management. Last assignment was Head of Custody and Securities Services at Jakarta. Seconded to Department of Trade and Industry in the nineties to join the Export Promoter scheme, specialising in Indonesia. Between Standard Chartered and joining the University, was Senior Training Adviser on a EU funded bank training project in Vientiane, Lao PDR.
