Experience
o Teaching and resarch experiences in the area of Food preservation, Food Biotechnology , Food microbiology, Dairy microbiology/technology
o Supervision of many Masters and PhD projects
o Working with SME’s on shelflife evaluation, risk analysis, offering consulting services to the dairy industries, organizing / lecturing workshops for industry
o Establishing Fermentation lab & gut model to engage in research in the area of gut microbiology and health (probiotics and prebiotics)
