Grants awarded: I have experience of dealing with research budgets for five grants that I have obtained at LondonMet. I also have experience of Knowledge Transfer Partnership, outlined below: 1- EPSRC grant: I obtained a grant from EPSRC for a research project entitled: “A neuro-fuzzy approach to video transmission over Bluetooth”. A postdoctoral research fellow was recruited for this work. I scored “Outstanding” for my deliverables. 2- Emerald Fund – Standard: I was awarded a Emerald grant on 26th September 2005. The title of the research grant is: “A prototype for real-time video transmission over Bluetooth wireless using intelligent systems”. A postdoctoral research fellow was employed for this work. At the first anniversary of the Emerald Fund in 2005-2006, six projects were chosen as “Outstanding”; I was one of the six. 3- The Royal Society grant: I was awarded a grant from the Royal Society for an incoming international short visit on 22nd Feb. 05.
